1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of firstbird.works and any FIRSTBIRD product that links to these terms. By using a covered service, you agree to these terms.
If additional terms are presented for a particular product or feature, those additional terms also apply.
2. Our services
FIRSTBIRD AS develops software for mobile and web. Product features may change as services are developed, maintained and improved.
You are responsible for having a compatible device, internet connection and any third-party services required to use a product.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use a FIRSTBIRD service to:
- break the law or violate the rights of another person;
- submit malicious code, interfere with the service or bypass security measures;
- use automated means to overload, scrape or abuse the service;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- use the service in a way that could harm FIRSTBIRD, its users or its providers.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse or comply with law.
4. Content you submit
You retain any rights you hold in content you submit. You give FIRSTBIRD permission to process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and improve the feature you requested.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit and use the content. Do not submit confidential, unlawful or harmful material.
5. Third-party content and services
A service may display, transform or link to content from third parties. FIRSTBIRD does not own that third-party content and is not responsible for its accuracy, availability, legality or continued accessibility.
Your use of a third-party website or service is governed by that third party's own terms.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep our products reliable, but services may occasionally be unavailable, interrupted or changed. We may add, remove or modify features and may discontinue a service where reasonably necessary.
7. Intellectual property
FIRSTBIRD's software, branding, visual design and original content are owned by FIRSTBIRD AS or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, FIRSTBIRD does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output or that information produced by a service will be complete or suitable for every purpose.
You remain responsible for reviewing information before relying on it, including recipe instructions, ingredient information, measurements, food-safety information and material originating from third parties.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, FIRSTBIRD AS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of a service.
9. Ending use
You may stop using a service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should continue after use ends—including intellectual-property, disclaimer and liability provisions—will remain in effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our products change. The effective date at the top of the page shows when the terms were last revised.
